This is a very special Sunday!

Come out to tag along and enjoy the fruits of our “Bread & Hunny” spring sourdough and flow workshop.

Ashley Collin Smith of Torus Spa in Ellwood City will lead us out of hibernation with a sleepy-bear inspired flow featuring Osha Root Honey + Meditation. This is a sensory guided meditation and slow paced yoga flow. May it activate awareness, balance, and strength as it springs us into movement. Osha Root Honey by @sonderapothecary.phx. Please dress in layers and prepare to get warm.

Following our morning movement, we will enjoy fresh sourdough brioche slathered in salty butter and drizzled with amethyst rose infused honey also from @sonderapothecary.phx

There will be some time to explore and enjoy Mother Nature. As the final bread loaves are coming out of the oven, we will sit down to an incredible brunch spread served family style by our in house culinary goddess, Jade Cageao of Ladybird’s at Water’s Edge

The core of our mission at Water’s Edge is to build community through individual empowerment and eco-therapeutic experiences for all people.

Asana is a Sanskrit word that translates to “seat” or “posture.”

The word yoga translates to "yoke" mind, body and spirit.

The Asana Sunday Series was born out of our love for practicing yoga at Water’s Edge.

This event series is meant for absolutely ANY BODY because to show up and take a seat on our mats, is to have succeeded at "doing yoga".

Asana Sundays give us an opportunity to pause within the 4 corners of our mat and practice mindful movement at whatever level we choose.

Our carefully selected practitioners are family to us as we consider them “Conscious Collaborators”. We cannot wait to highlight these beautiful souls we’ve called together within this community at The Lodge at Water’s Edge.

Before and after our yoga offerings, we will always have ample time to relax together, share small bites and snacks, and enjoy the common areas in and around The Lodge.
