About the event
A healing sound experience for all.
On January 25th we will host the incredibly talented Amanda Chirumbolo of Allora Health and Wellness for a sound bath meditation.
We will begin at 6pm as we gather together inside The Lodge. The first hour will be reserved to graze a table of delectable creations all specially selected by our new culinary director, Jade Cageao, of @ladybirdsatwatersedge.
We will settle in across The Great Room floor at 7pm.
The Lodge will be filled with candle light and the sounds of the crackling logs inside of our 85 year old stone fireplace. Amanda’s nurturing voice will guide us as we embark on a healing journey through the 90 minute sound bath and nidra meditation. The evening will come to a close at 9pm as we gently gather ourselves and enjoy a special warm beverage for the road!
